At Wildlands Network: Conrad Reining is responsible for the Eastern Program, which extends from the boreal reaches of Québec’s Gaspé Peninsula through the Appalachian Mountains to the Everglades of Florida. He is responsible for coordinating conservation planning, outreach and fundraising for this vast and diverse area, the Eastern Wildway, with the ultimate goal of developing a vision of linked conservation areas stretching along its full length.

At Wildlands Network:  Kim Vacariu is the Western Director for the Wildlands Network. He currently works with a broad range of local, state, and federal agencies, conservation groups, elected officials and private citizens to implement Wildlands Network Conservation Plans in the western U.S.

Outreach Director

At Wildlands Network:  As Wildlands Network’s Outreach Director, Tracey works with a wide diversity of audiences. Her rich work experience coupled with her artistic talents gives her a great foundation in this role for the organization.

At Wildlands Network: Kenyon Fields is Strategy Director for Wildlands Network, focusing his efforts on a long-term comprehensive strategy for the Spine of the Continent Initiative. The Initiative is an international effort to employ the power of networks of people to protect a network of conservation lands from northern Alaska’s Brooks Range down through the Canadian and American Rockies into northern Mexico.

At Wildlands Network: Rosanne Elkins is Director of Resource Development for Wildlands Network. Building on the organization’s strong standing in the conservation community, Rosanne works with staff, volunteers, foundations, partner organizations and friends of Wildlands, to broaden and diversify the base of funding support.

At Wildlands Network: Sandi Boone has been the Chief Financial Officer for Wildlands Network since May 2005.  In addition to her financial responsibilities which include all accounting, reporting, scheduling and planning duties, she handles human resource issues, wrangles the donor database, helps maintain the website, dabbles in development and oversees our Fall Fundraising Campaign.

At Wildlands Network: Margo McKnight became Executive Director for Wildlands Network in 2004. She is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the organization including: business strategies, communications, conservation programs and, of course, fundraising and financing.

At Wildlands Network: Lisa Lauf Rooper has been a communications consultant for Wildlands Network since 2004. She is editor of the Wildands Connection newsletter; leads branding, strategic and messaging efforts; writes, edits and co-develops numerous organizational electronic, video and print pieces; oversees the creation of Wildlands Network’ website (present and future); participates in staff meetings and conferences; and acts a lot like an employee even though she operates her own business, Sage Communications.
