At Wildlands Network:Hannah is a volunteer photographer for Wildlands Network when she is not social marketing for Shorty's Urban Market Grocery store! She has traveled to meet John Davis and other Wildlands folks to capture images of the TrekEast journey.
Off the Clock: Hannah lives in Lexington, KY between her downtown apartment and her family's thoroughbred brood mare farm. She also helps out at her family's gourment grocery store, "Shorty's", which carries fresh meat, produce and products found at most groceries with an emphasis on items grown and produced in Kentucky.
Background: Hannah has lived in Kentucky for 15 years. Having moved there from Houston, TX, she really enjoys the wide open spaces that vast Kentucky farms provide. She graduated with a B.A. from Transylvania University in May 2010. She majored in art with a focus on photography and a Spanish minor. She worked as a photographer for The Blood-Horse Magazine, a notable horse racing magazine based out of Lexington, and has had several photos published.
Cougars: A Keystone Species
Where there are cougars, there are healthy deer populations and grasslands.
